Description
Gillian Probert is a multimedia artist specializing in installation art, ceramic sculpture, and various painting techniques. Originally from California, Gillian got her start as a professional henna artist at the age of sixteen at Belmont Park Henna. She developed her drawing skills into commissions for several murals across the US. Her dedication to art led Gillian to Eckerd College, earning degrees in Visual Arts and Management in 2023. During her education, Gillian worked closely with several local nonprofits and was eventually invited as CFO of the nonprofit Artists for Impact. Since Graduating, Gillian started her art business, Moonlit Creations. Her art has been featured as one of The FL CraftArt 2023 Emerging Artists, at The Factory, Femart Gallery, Werk Gallefy, Pacini Glass Gallery, DRV Gallery, Omnibus Gallery, The Dali Museum events, and The Imagine Museum events. Her work, no matter the medium, uses motifs of nature to express larger messages surrounding human emotion. She aims to portray important aspects of the human experience using natural imagery.
