DREAMS II Art Exhibit

A unique art exhibit challenging invited artists to replicate a personal dream in a creative manner. Nineteen artists, three of them seniors from Gibbs High School Center for Creative Arts  will be exhibiting their work. Admission is free.

 

Features: Nineteen works of art and photography depicting actual dreams of the exhibiting artists will be on display and for sale. The dreams will be shared in a complementary booklet with the title of the works, the artist’s bios, and the prices. The art is on easels and exhibited in the Gallery’s outdoor covered event space. A brief book reading of Heraty’s book, The Dream Belongs to the Dreamer, which has a Dream Art Gallery Section in it, will occur during the exhibit.

The Curator: The show is curated by Velva Lee Heraty and sponsored by her alter ego Dream Momma (www.dreammomma.com), Health E Gourmet, Duncan McClellan Gallery, The UPS Store  Blake+Barancik Design Group,“Let’s Talk Life! Radio, and Life Improvement Media Group.

Dreams II will reflect Heraty’s vision of enhancing the St. Petersburg art scene with unique and original art exhibits that mix and match talented amateurs with established professionals from all mediums.

 

The Artists/Photographers: The contributing artists and photographers range from gifted senior high school students to experienced award-winning artists from the Tampa Bay area. They are:
