
Gillian Probert is a multimedia artist originally from San Diego. She moved to FL to earn degrees in Visual Arts and Business Management in 2023 from Eckerd College where she volunteered with many local nonprofits. Her founding of an AFI collegiate chapter appointed Gillian the CFO of the nonprofit, Artists for Impact (Dedicated to providing opportunities for beginning artists while fundraising for local nonprofits).
Gillian launched her own art business, Moonlit Creations in 2023. Her work was showcased as one of The FL CraftArt 2023 Emerging Artists and has been featured at San Diego Art Institute, Duncan McClellan Gallery, The Factory, FloridaRAMA, Nielsen Center for Visual Arts, Femart Gallery, 2D Cafe, The Werk Gallery, Drew Marc Studios, Pacini Glass Gallery, DRV Gallery, Creative Pinellas, Omnibus Gallery, 5 Dueces Gallery, Artmosphere, The Hive, The Dali Museum, and The Imagine Museum. Additionally, she was highlighted on ABC Action News twice in 2023-2024 for her artistic contributions to community and environmental causes.
Gillian recently joined Duncan McClellan Gallery, where she has begun exploring basic glassblowing techniques. Her artwork, regardless of the medium, uses nature motifs to convey deeper messages about human emotion, aiming to reflect significant aspects of the human experience through natural imagery.
